Check In Summer Resources
Hey Check-In Team!
Thank you so much for taking time this summer to help welcome new families and get kids safely checked in to MTC Kids.
For a lot of families this will be their first time back to church and we have the chance to make it a warm and welcoming experience.
Due to COVID-19 we are running a modified program from Aug. 9th. - Sept. 6th. Here are some notes to help you as you welcome families in:
Sanitizer is available for families at the front door. We will do our best to have tags printed for families based off of the RSVP's we have received. Your main purpose is to welcome families, help them with questions, and be a friendly presence to assist them with any needs.
Helpful Hints:
Families are able to use the self-check in computer and there will be screen wipes available if they wish to disinfect the screen before use.
Nursery and Two's will not be running due to government restrictions and protocols. We have the Two's Room setup for family viewing if that is easier for them to join our gatherings.
PreK is meeting in the Preschool Room on the main floor. Families check in at the beginning of this service to receive their tags, but will not bring the kids to the room until after worship, they will get instructions during the service.
K-4 is meeting in the Large Group Room upstairs and will be staying together as one group. Families check in at the beginning of this service to receive their tags, but will not bring the kids to the room until after worship, they will get instructions during the service.
