Brad has been on staff with MTC since 2006 and is the main teaching pastor for Sunday mornings at MTC. Brad is married to Karen and they have 3 amazing children: Caleb, Abby, & Hillary.
Trevor Berry
Associate Pastor
Trevor has been at MTC since the beginning of 2020. He loves soccer, long walks on the beach, and is an avid Toronto Maple Leafs fan. He grew up in Ontario, but met an Alberta girl in Bible college and the rest is history…well, now they have two sweet kids – Cody & Emma!
Stephen Estabrooks
Associate Pastor
Stephen has been at MTC since the fall of 2024 and will be primarily overseeing our Young Adults Ministry. A born and raised Calgarian, Stephen attended Ambrose University and graduated with a Bachelor of Theology degree before pastoring another church in Calgary. In his free time, Stephen loves coffee, NFL football, and any and all racquet sports!

Chris Williams
Youth Pastor
Chris has been at MTC since 2019. He’s originally from Saskatchewan, did his schooling in BC (Millar College Sunnybrae), but it was through camp that God really got a hold of him and his life has never been the same! Chris is married to Hannah and is a bit of a chocolate chip cookie connoisseur!
Brandt Unger
Worship Pastor
Brandt has been at MTC since the summer of 2023. Originally from a small town in Manitoba, Brandt has lived in a few places including Switzerland, where he did his YWAM DTS and then got his pastoral degree in Abbotsford, BC, where he met his wife, Eden. Brandt & Eden along with their beautiful daughter, Vienna, now call Calgary home. When not busy playing his guitar, Brandt loves hockey, golf, and laughing at just about anything.

Bailey Gorin
MTC Nights Worship Coordinator
Bailey has attended MTC since June 2023 & joined our team in the summer of 2024. Bailey and his family—wife Tabatha and kids Maddie & Miles—found MTC shortly after moving from Chilliwack, BC. Bailey has over a decade of experience leading people into the throne room. When not at MTC, Bailey works as a Personal Trainer. Bailey loves hockey & football (CFL AND NFL), but most importantly, spending time with his family.

Morgan Malster
Pastor of Children's Ministry
Morgan joined MTC in the summer of 2024 and is passionate about modeling, teaching, and living out Christ's love among the youngest members of our community. She and her husband, Tommy, served as missionaries in Sub-Saharan Africa for thirteen years before settling in Calgary. They have two children, Finnley and Nora. Morgan loves coffee, baking, and spending time outdoors.
Chloe Parker
MTC Kids Kindergarten - Grade 4 Coordinator
After being an MTC intern for the past two summers, we are excited to have Chloe join our MTC Kids team in a more permanent role as the Kindergarten - Grade 4 coordinator. It is a full circle moment for Chloe, who was once a student in MTC Kids! When not working or studying for her education degree, Chloe can be found enjoying a concert or just hanging out with friends!

Aricka Brownless
Sonshine Park Preschool Director
Aricka joined the MTC team early 2021. She was a kindergarten teacher prior to becoming a mom to three creative children - Alexa, Lydia, & Ryersen. After 11 years of being a fulltime stay-at-home mom, Aricka's passion for educating young chldren & working with a team of adults is being enjoyed at Sonshine Park Preschool.
