Living House is the young adult ministry of McKenzie Towne Church.
We are a family of young adults who want to love Jesus with our whole lives and live out the Gospel together.
Inspired by the early church in Acts 2, we are devoted to Jesus, formed by Scripture, filled with the Holy Spirit, rooted in Prayer & Worship, and committed to real fellowship. We gather around the table, worship together, encourage one another, and make room for God to move in our lives.
Living House is more than a gathering. We want to see a generation activated into their place in the Body of Christ — becoming wholehearted followers of Jesus who carry His presence into their homes, workplaces, campuses, friendships, and city.
We believe church is not simply a building we attend. We are the Church: living stones being built together into a house for God’s presence.

Living House
Living House is built around four pillars drawn from Acts 2. Each one is a conviction we want to live out, a rhythm we practice together, and a ministry expression we want to see active in the house.
Those four ministry expressions are Teaching, Pastoral, Evangelistic, and Prayer & Worship.
Together, they serve one purpose: forming wholehearted followers of Jesus and sending them out to live the Gospel wherever God has placed them.

The Four Pillars

| We are formed by the Word and centered on Jesus. We want to know the whole Gospel, live it with wholehearted obedience, and be equipped to carry truth into every part of our lives. We go deep in Scripture so we are grounded in truth and able to help others know and follow Jesus. |
Pastoral
We believe in family over ministry. We build real relationships where people are known, encouraged, challenged, and brought into the life of the Church. Our gatherings create space to welcome people, build family, and help every person find their place in the Body of Christ.

Evangelistic
The Gospel was never meant to stay with us. We remember what Jesus has done and respond by carrying His message wherever He sends us. We want to activate every believer to live missionally, serve people, reach the lost, and present Jesus personally to our generation.
Prayer & Worship
We want to be a people marked by the presence of God. Through worship, prayer, and intercession, we learn to hear His voice, respond in obedience, and make room for the Holy Spirit to move. We believe encounter with God leads to transformed lives and courageous obedience.
